TDA-430 Semi automatic earth cover molding machine are developed by our company, production, stable performance, wide range of uses.

It has four rocking handles, it can adjust the size more precisely, max size can be 500mm, min size can be 60mm, and the size can be customized.

It has four hairbrushes, they can make the production more smoothly, make the surface flat, and make the box more adhesive with the glue.

The machine is processing Hardcover Gift boxes, boxes ideal world of automation equipment, the pipeline will be good through artificial boxes and tissue paper orientation, and then locate good Cassette into the machine mold, the machine automatically run, edging ,folding, pressing bubble once completed. Produce hardcover boxes per minute 15-20,greatly improving production efficiency, reduce production cost.

1. The packing is confirm to export wooden case standard, strong and durable. The                    wooden case’s thickness is generally 1 cm.

2. In order to be waterproof, we usually use bubble film to wrap machine.

3. We can handle shipping for customers too.

We provide 12 months warranty. During warranty, we provide free technical support and free normal spare parts for replacing, except for man-made damage.We can go to your country to debug machine when you have questions can not resolve,but you must pay 100usd/day to our engineer.
